iPhone - Bike or Die!

Neca	iPhone Sz, is there a way you'll be interested in developing a BoD version for iPhone? Using the features like accelerometer would be great for controlling the bike. I know the platform is very new, but it's great (I just got mine). Let me know what you think.

Ha, this will be funny.
When Steve Jobs is playing the new #1 iPhone game, he will see the .pdb files, and fire all his engineers for making a Palm when they were supposed to be making an iPhone.

BTW, does the iPhone have a Palm simulator / emulator? If it came with a virtual T3, I might get one.

Brian, the game is called tap tap revolution and is very good. Kris, the iphone simulator is in the works, it's called Styletap, there´s a demo video on their site but it may never be released because of apple policies on software...

okay ya'll i could use some HUGE AND AMAZING HELP!!!

i bought an itouch BUT can't load it onto my computer. i have a mac 10.4.2 its a mac mini (in case you need to know) and i need itunes 7.4 but there are two things wrong. i downloaded itunes 8.01 but it requires 10.4.9 mac so please help me find a way to use itunes so i can play bod again!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!!

open up the apple menu, then click "software update". Choose the "Mac OS X Combo Update" (or whatever it is called) then click install.

That will update to 10.4.11. then you can use it with itunes and then ask sz about a beta

Can't you upgrade the Mac to the latest 10.5.5?
You will love the iPhone version - I'm getting used to the virtual buttons now, just leaped the mines on Underground! Contrary to PiNerd I do think this will bring in plenty of new players - and that they'll get good at it...

Ibanez: I never said it wouldn't bring new players. I think that it will probably be one of the best iPhone games out there (better than that lightsaber rubbish anyway) but I wasn't sure until I saw the video that it would bring a lot of new skill to the game, especially at the top end. I still think that the kind of person who owns a Palm is likely to be more competitive than a person who owns an iPhone (but I could be wrong). I'm interested in what price point it will enter at, because I think an iPhone owner might not trust the brand of Toyspring enough to part with the price of the Palm version. (and it wouldn't really be fair to charge less for a better game)

BTW, you guys are saying iThouch now just to annoy me

(I whish they would rename it iTouch actually, as iPod doesn't carry anywhere near as much kudos as iTouch)

Back to BoD and the iPhone - PiNerd: I didn't mean to single you out in a bad way, I'm just excited that the iPhone version is so good! You do get used to the virtual buttons. I can't get a medal with the Palm so i can't prove that you can do it on the iPhone! but i will try and better some of my times.
Does anyone else have the beta?
