The Two
| | | i think we should add spike mountain to an official levelpack |
|
MunkYBoY
| | | i think you long time players arent understanding, this is mostly for newbie players to be introduced to the competitive aspect as these other level packs can be a pain in the ass for them. I think its a great idea btw. |

| | | The 2nd game on that list is a 'Bottle' level.
|
|
MunkYBoY
| | | hmm, probably. the problem with the bottle level tho is that there was only one route |
|
MunkYBoY
| | | XA Software L1 i think is more of a bottle level |
|
MunkYBoY
| | | errrr....i think you should add a few more levels |

| | | How about simple to complete but long levels? I don't know any but it should not be too difficult to make some. Leave out parts where you just press a button for half a minute and you get a great level. |

PrayeR
| | | yep, u got my idea right |
|

| | | simple level pack that is denied to play by first top 50 (like example) so newbies can fight for medals already at the begin of their BoD life. |

| | | I like the idea of more and more level packs being eligible for the HOF and i think it is a little intimidating to new players who see such fast times and know that they cannot compete for the HOF, at least not right away. The trouble with a pack for only those players outside the top 50 is that once they get some medals and get really good at that level pack they will reach the top 50 and then lose all their "newbie pack" level points which will in turn drop them back out of the top 50. Perhaps it is better to limit the "newbie pack" to a time frame rather than a rannking. For instance times submitted will only remain for 3 months and then be removed from the table so the level pack is always giving only the newest players a chance. |

| | | Sorry to double post but I have another point lol. If the "newbie pack" is intended to attract new players and also be of a relatively easy difficulty level I would put like 25 levels in it rather than just 10. Then players will learn to hone their skills on a wider range of level types and sizes and also give more and more players a shot and more medals. Cheers all
Ps Check Out RFK 1 & 2 -- please rate them and lemme know how you guys like them! |

| | | The best levels are 15 to 25 seconds long. |

| | | I started out as a 'newbie' and I liked having the challenge of trying to be up to par with the 'big boys'. A pack like this would be fun, but it shouldn't be put into the BOD competition levels. Its not really that hard to get into the top 50, if you just watch the available replays and try a little bit. I do like the small levels though, they are my personal favorites. So I guess it doesn't really matter. |

Kristopher
| | | 25 is a nice number of levels, but they should be arranged so every other one is easy so all the levels can be unlocked easily.
Also I want to mention that long, easy levels are not fun to perfect, so I would prefer levels like "Right Way." It was small, easy to complete, required a variety of techniques to complete (jump/ go up the stairs/ ride down a semicircle/ duck...), was great for freestyle games, and took a considerable amount of time to perfect (unlike "Bottle", which you can play for hours without getting any better at the game). |
|
...lol
| | | I agree with Kristopher, i like levels like Right Way. I think Sz should edit some of the levels on that list just to make them better looking or more intresting, or just plain harder. I also think Sz should make some more levels |
|
Kristopher
| | | But Sz doesn't have to make them; anyone can. If you want to do the Bike or Die community a favor, you should make your own levels. Also, you can edit other people's levels after you have downloaded them. |
|
...lol
| | | Well i dunno how to load my own levels, and plus he makes really good levels. |
|
Kristopher
| | | Sz also makes really good games and web sites. You can email your level pack to him- the email address is mentioned somewhere in the 'levels' part of the forum. |

Kristopher
| | | I have commented on the levels that I do not want in the Hall of Fame because they were too easy.
Since it has been so long since an addition was made to the Hall of Fame, please add some other levels to this pack from the "ZodiacGamer..." levelpack.
Also, please change ALL of the color schemes for the levels that have green grass and blue sky; I am tired of that color scheme. |

| | | People! (Vin, Vega, Ackmondual, MunkyBoy!) I plan to put the Newbie Pack together soon, since noone else is, so if you don't say anything now, it will be like this. Please look at the levels individually and give your feedback! |
