I don't know if this was mentioned before, but there is an excelent game for Mac and Windows called Dirt Bike

It's similar to BoD in some ways but very different in the way you control the bike... check out the non 3D version, which in my opinion is much better...

I like the way Bike or Die looks now. The intro makes this a classic, and the simple lines make this a timeless game. That is unlike Elastomania, which looks like it is ten years old.
