The problem is that pickle doesn't even put the first and last letters of the words in the right place, he just misspells almost every letter in the word

exactly. And every time i have seen things like this, nowhere have i heard that only 55% can read it. I'm pretty sure everyone who can read English well can read it just fine.

The important ting we can disover from this piece of writing,, is that, even if Pickle uses real letters, he still can't spell anything correctly enough for us to be able to read it.

Pickle - what do you mean "strategy for spelling"? What on earth is that? You should strongly consider the advice that we have all been telling you for over a year now and work very hard on your spelling / grammar so that you don't have to have a strategy. You can't be so badly illiterate all your life bud. I'd say that your spelling has improved only slightly since you started commenting in this forum. You still have a long ways to go though. I implore you to make a concentrated effort.
