Jesus is not an invisible shield protecting you from insults. I do not try and force my beliefs on people, or insult those who disagree with me. I don't stand here and yell "Happy anniersary of the theory of evolution, and for all those stupid enough to not believe it..." because I am open to other ideas, and respect others opinions. Unlike you. Can you not start these conversations? All that happens is that they degenerate into a flame war. And thanks for the welcome back  |

| | | lol, as all of us here know, I hve trouble saying what I really mean. I didn't mean that Jesus was protect me from insults. What I ment,was that my focus is on Jesus, anything and everything else is secondary
And btw,easter is a national holiday, just like christmas. Its not agianst anyones rules to say happy easter. And I never said anyone was "stupid" I said "silly", much less harsh. I didn't insult anyone, the way I see it, in this particular case at any rate, I have been more mature than bones.
I didn't call anyone anything, accept silly, bones on the other hand called me a "self-absorbed thick skulled singe celled cro magnum who doesnt recognize subtley or its proper use" ... My only question is, why did he mention anything about subtley? When was I trying to be subtile?(yeah, I think I spelled that wrong...)
I actually didn't start the big "flame war" as you call it(meaning the one that consumed the BOD forums for around 3 weeks strait), I belive it was Biker brian,or possibly vega who impleid something...which I then commented on further...which Xuzz argued with,then mike flips..and THEN It became possibly the biggest argument in the history of Bike or die....But yeah..I didn't technicly start it... |

| | | I didn't mean to make any remarks suggesting that you saying "Happpy Easter" was a bad thing. It is, infact, quite the opposite. Calling someone "silly" because of their beliefs, or lack thereof is, to me, an insult. You could well be right about you not starting the previous argument, but shouting about religious beliefs on a public forum is asking fr trouble, so please refrain from it. And I can't agree with what bones said, it was over the top. I'm just asking you, politely, to not bring up controversial topics. Happy Easter everyone! |
