Registration

Can anyone tell me why my Bike or Die game keeps getting unregistered? And then when I try to re-register with my number I get "Wrong Code". The only way to fix it is reset my palm and enter my code again. I also can not use the upgraded PRC files, I have to use the one I purchased from PalmSource. Any ideas anyone?

Make sure your Hotsync ID is not changing. I think Sz will have to answer this one.

Why can't I submit my new times? For some reason all of my old and crappy times have been submitted but none of my new ones have been???

I always just submit one at a time from my backup folder on the computer. So if you choose your best times, it should automatically appear on the site

But I am not best suited to help you with this. Kris or Sz knows best

Hmm...I do that every time I get a better time but it still doesn't update. Thanks though man.

You haven't mistakenly added something to your name have you?... you may have created a second account with your new games on it.... Check the name you are using on your machine matches what you have here....

Check the unauthorized games section from your profile.
Also, for everyone who didn't find it, there is a simple Hotsync + click the [Submit] button process to submit all of your games to this site. Click the Submit link from this page, then read about the Java Sync. You won't have to find each recording individually.

Yeah - our system at work kills the java Synch - and that's where I synch my T3

I found a player name Matthewdds http://bike.toyspring .com/player.php?p=4857 and there is two games on it, with one game better than you RSP1.
Maybe you can ask Sz to repair it or make a better time for it and be careful with your name on your recording.

yes, it seems it was a simple player name mistake.
(i found that "matthewdds" player and some "matthew" recordings. now everything is moved to
