I Need BA (Bike-a-holics Anonymous)

Hello, my name is BikerBrian. (pause while I wait for you to say "Hello, BikerBrian"). I am addicted to Bike-or-Die. My terrible habits have inadvertently influenced my son (BikerJosh) and a co-worker (Alpha). They are also becoming addicts.

It has gotten so bad that I pray for the red light to turn red on my commute so I can play ONE MORE TIME...

I can't concentrate on the TV. Even though I watched Survivor last night, I honestly can't tell you who was voted off!

My thumb is developing CTS (Carpal Thumbal Syndrome). It is currently undergoing physical therapy, but I'm playing through the pain...

I've tried going through the "Steps" (Old School), but they only made things worse.

Does anyone have any advice?

My name is Laser, and I used to be addicted to BOD. I tried for months to get off of it, but to no avail. I had to take extreme measures. I cut off my hands (I'm typing using my nose) and threw my palm into a lion's cage at the zoo and watched it being torn to shreds.
Actually, I deleted it off my palm after months of emotional training (and reaching the top 5). Now I am attempting to go "BOD free" at least until the next pack comes out).

As for advice. I used to play during rush hour on the way home from school until I nearly rearended a car. Then I stopped. Red lights are at least much safer. But if you don't go when the light turns green you can get a ticket for not driving through the light and obstructing traffic.

(just a joke for old times sake) but i actually was addicted to Bod till i found a cool online game site for free witch cool accomplishment badges(www.kongregate.com) i also got a japenese copy of SUPER SMASH BROTHERS BRAWL!!! from a friend yesterday and havent stopped playing it since until my mom told me i had to get off so that she could watch her shows.

p.s. brawl is as awesome as all the zeldas, marios, bod versions, other smash titles and halo combined

Dude, I know how to buy the Japanese version of brawl, BUT I contacted Nintendo by phone and they said there is an inscription (sorry if I spelled it wrong) code on the game so that it will only play on a Japanese Wii. Please do tell, does it work on an American Wii? Anyways, thanks. I look forward to pwning you sir bones

When it get into the established phase, you don't even need a physical therapy at all, since you can't feel anything with your thumb :-p

Yes, Bike or Die is horrendously addictive. So, I have an idea. First of all, run you cold tap and put your hand under it for two hours. Ifyour fingers are still there, delete Bike or Die from you Palm and re-install it. Do not unlock it. Now you have 5 levels to play if you ever get and URGE TO PLAY BIKE OR DIE OH YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO JUST DO IT AND PLEASE YOURSELF YOU WONT REGRET IT DO IT NOW PLAY BIKE OR DIE FOR EVER AND EVER AND EVER AND EVER AND - phew. I just had a bit of an urge there.

I dident know that olimar was gonna be in the new one is he good?I dont know I gess im not that good ,in fact enless you can beat it on very hard all star mode with jiggly puff your not evan a chalenge for me(I cant do it but I have a freind who can{and I beat him when he was using captain falconwith kirby}),I cant wait to get a wii.

p.s. how can you pwn bones without meeting him in person?is there a way to conect wii's to the internet?

I can uber pwn ANYONE on the N64 version with Kirby. he was ridiculously awesome on N64 but i think they tried to even it out more on SSB Melee so he sucks now...

kirby is one of the best players if ya know how ta use him,can you beat adventure mode on hard with your charecter?(and get real close on very hard)

I can play SSB on my PC with an emulator and the graphics are so much better

but thos charecters are already very good charecters and hard to be bad with kirby on the other hand is very week if you dont know how to use him so its a larger accomplishement with kirby.
I also use ness and fox but kirby is just my favorate,fox is more powerfull and if you get as good with fox as I am with kirby then ya youl be able to beat just about anyone,
however kirby unfortunatly does have a limit in the gamecube version but I can still put up quit a fight and its a rare event for me to lose aganst a real human as aposed to the computer on very hard,this is because the computer cheats on hard and very hard,it will go up to like %250 and I will hit them with my hamer and (the kirby hamer not the black one)and they will barely fly any where at all,when on multy player as soon as there up to like 200% one hit with that will ko ANYONE so thats the reason kirby cant win on very hard,but I still can beat any one on multie player
