Total Race, Golden Club and more!

The Hall of Fame database was reorganized, this allows me to add more sophisticated rankings, like  Total Race and  Golden Club.
Ranking history is now much easier to extract so I have placed it in the profile. And you can proudly display your BoD achievements on the web using the new image button (bike.toyspring.com/plbutton.php?p=XXXX) like this:

One thing I noticed is that not everyone wants a good ranking in the Hall of Fame. Some want medals, some want to master a certain levelpack, and now some will want to master Total Race and Golden Club. I hope people still see the Time Trial as the main competitive ranking, because it doesn't make being the Time Trial Champion as fun when Tabs, Oliver, etc., won't even try.

Excelente! Muy buen trabajo creo que la incorporación del tiempo (Total Race) mejorará el juego sin duda buscando siempre seguir bajando los tiempos y no conformarse con el oro. Y el Golden Club es un reconocimiento a los grandes jugadores que ya no están.

Subí al primer lugar en total race pero al parecer no se me asignó la medalla? ( My gold SZ ) o me equivoco?. Pero independiente de eso creo que david king al mejorar en Cave Dweller me superará y hará la pelea interesante.

The Ranking History chart makes the Player Profiles so big that you have to scroll down to see the end of the page. I think you could fix it by changing the tables a bit.

Please how often is the graph and logo updated? I have position 140 in Time Trial Champions, but logo and graph shows 186. Thx for answer.

Sz: please fix hyperlink at "My Profile" page. It poits to http://bike.toyspring.com/player?p=909 but i thing that it should be http://bike.toyspring .com/player.php?p=909.

I'm guessing they are updated every few days, at least once a week. And yes, that link is wrong; I should have tested it!

oh, what a shame the link is fixed now

as for the charts, the database is updated daily but the images have the expiration time set to 24 hours (so the browser wont download a new version unless explicitly forced). if you see the incorrect chart for more than 48 hours after the ranking is changed then something is wrong.

btw. the levelpack rankings (except standard levels) were not updated recently. this is now fixed. thanks to all who reported the problem!

Gracias Sz, estaba esperando la actualización de las posiciones de los niveles. Sólo falta ajustar algunos detalles del tiempo en Total Race y la asignación correcta de medallas y quedamos todos contentos
