For me its just a bit too difficult to get fond of.
But possibly the most challenging level there is - so you can be proud of that

PMD

There are just so many areas where it can go wrong for you. To get all the areas right takes a combination of luck and thousands of tries.

The updraft that is very prevalent in this level takes a lot of control away from you which makes it extra frustrating when it goes wrong. I think that is why there is not a lot of love for this level.

It does look very nice though Bones.

PMD is right. The major reason why this level gets no love is because it steals away the control. The level should never control the player this much. It tilts the final results of the competition when all the best players are forced to play in "survival mode" for half the level. This means that even the best posted runs here don't represent how we would really like to play this level. That's no good.

No doubt this is a very cool looking level, but at the same time it will make a preacher curse

Yeah.. you know we have to come from far away risking our lives just to save the miner.. and when we meet the miner, he usually kills us

thanks for the compliments PMD and Shane(yes i take that as a compliment) but that vega in your comment and in PMD's is that the updraft and many other parts forces you to change your style of play. you must adjust to the levels rules of updraft and figure it out. when i get my palm back i have a new pack on the way based on this called revolution. this level will finally be in a pack by me for real along with others that will force the player to change their style to be able to play the level. the pack is called revolution

I like your levels bones, especially So Close Yet So Far. But sometimes you have to take a high level view of the situation. Bottom line.... this is true > > CMR is not received well by the players.

.... just something for you to keep in mind before spending vast amounts of time and thought into making more levels that may produce the same result. Remember, levels get **voted** into the HoF by the players.

People don't like this level because in many parts, we are at the level's mercy and it is difficult to control the biker. There are too many hard parts making it really hard to beat the level. Even if you go really really slow, you will still find that the level is very hard to beat. Because of this, people don't like the level. It's not that we have to change our style of play, its the fact that no matter what style of play we use, we still end up dying most of the time.
