me? well, nope.. i play only OrR's and Master KO levels.

anyway, i ment - that Dai can take 2nd place very soon, if rate won't go down. so You Qi should be aware.

another new thing on this site will be a "levelpack explorer" - a visual database of all levels in the world!

Rouch: yes, it's a nice idea. i will have to learn a bit of ActionScript to implement this... i have also another idea - one could select TWO games for the replay and watch both bikes riding on the same level, i think it could be quite exciting!

How does the scoring work???
100 points = each level finished
1 point = each ranking

Levels with a lot of players (like riding school and double sprint) worth more than those with less players (like pipe universe)?

Does the leader in Riding School have 100 + ~518 points?

more about scoring

the maximum level rank taken into calculation is #99 (anything more counts as #99).
this is to avoid the case where the poor rank on a particular level lowers the global ranking more than not playing this level at all. it means you always gain on completing a level (which is good).
this rule was introduced when the total numer of players was below #100, so it had no influence, but now things look different:
the effects are:
1.players with their all levels ranks #99 or worse have their global ranks calculated from the number of levels only (which is not good).
2.players completing the same number of levels (and no level ranks better than #99) are assigned a global rank in no particular order (which is bad). such cases are clearly visible in the hall of fame table. eg. currently all players #638...#789 have completed only one level and they all have the same number of points (all are "0 pts behind (...)" ). #637 is the first one with 2 levels, that's why #638 is "1 pt behind #637".
3.there is no influence on players with all their level ranks better than #100
