I like both ideas Mike

Medals Club
Gold - 3
Silver - 2
Bronze - 1

And then having a seperate Silver and Bronze club that calculates exactly as Golden Club does (retroed back to day 1 of BoD just like golden club was)

If I has to choose only one of these, I would definitely go with the 3 seperate clubs.
Henoch
Just a suggestion, if the medal club going to be one for gold, silver and bronze the weight of the GSB couldn't be 3,2,1 maybe 5,3,1 or different score
Separate club is okay too
Vega
Actually, I think having gold valued at 3 times bronze is plenty weighted. The tough thing is that a ranking system like that would be based purely on value perspective, which changes from person to person. In other words, who is to say that 3 bronzes should be the same number of points as 1 gold. There is no true basis to this point system, only mindset based on individual perspective. Now I agree that gold is very hard to accomplish and should be valued accordingly, but I don't know about a 5 to 1 ratio of gold to bronze. 3,2,1 is more simple and sensical. But I think having 3 seperate clubs is probably a better, cleaner idea anyway

Yea, everyone has a different value to place. From my experience, there were a number of levels in the hall of fame that i could consistently get a bronze or silver on, but in order to get the gold it took a lot of time and effort. So i would say Gold should be a higher value.

However on other levels, the times are really close together and in order to even get into the top 5 it was a huge struggle and i would value the gold closer to the bronze value

So if we just had 3 different clubs all in one chart, and we could click on a different medal to resort the chart, that would be good.

Gee, it seems that the forum feels very quiet lately (maybe for almost a week).

I'll help the enemy, but only because it plugs my site.
