SPiDeR		Thanks. I used Photoshop, and there is probably an easier/better way than how I did it.
thedudeguy		I also used photoshop and i followwed it up with a free frame animation program called UnFREEz.
Kristopher		ImageReady (which you probably have if you have Photoshop) can easily make animated GIFs, once you have used Photoshop to make each frame in a different layer.
Mr.pickle.		Haha, then I guess I will never be leaving!!! @SPiDeR: that avatar is freaking awesome! I have never had skills at animating anything…I have tried, and it always ends up crappy.

mike flips		Theres tons of websites online that will compress your gifs so you should be able to get any size to fit in.
