You Qi | | | frankly, many of the levels will end up like the "Bottle" level. |
PrayeR | | | not many, only one or two.
and it's just conversation, levels can be deleted and added.
nbcl | | | You Qi: Do you mean as in that many have mastered it with a good time? These levels appear to have more to them than Bottle, which is very hard to get wrong once you know how to do it. |
You Qi | | | actually what I mean is that fast game will end up everyone jammed at the same score or maybe 0.02sec difference. and I can say I hate these levels . My suggestion is a minimum of gametime 30sec will be good. |
CD | | | I believe that this is a great level pack because it gives oportunity to other players to gain points with levels which players like PrayeR don't like because thay are "too long", wellbad for them, it is better to have varaity and to have new champions and new and unknown player be up on top.
As You Qi said bottle is really ugly, it is changing champ every day for a point in the championship, what is the purpose of that, we need harder and more complex levels to see how really has the control over the bike.
Great choise of levels conform the Summer Pack, well done Sz!! |

Aleksey | | | I like this level

Ruben | | | I think this newbie levelpack is a great idea to create, but I have to agree with You Qi and say that levels this easy shouldn't go on the hall of fame levels since all of the pros would get the same time and make it an even worst "Bottle". These levels are too simple and easy to be in the hall of fame. Eventhought it might be a good idea to make one so the newbies can practice and get better and better. |
PrayeR | | | those levels WON'T be like the Bottle.
time will be close but no way it would be like Bottle. |
The Two | | | i think we should add spike mountain to an official levelpack |
MunkYBoY | | | i think you long time players arent understanding, this is mostly for newbie players to be introduced to the competitive aspect as these other level packs can be a pain in the ass for them. I think its a great idea btw. |
Tabs | | | The 2nd game on that list is a 'Bottle' level.
MunkYBoY | | | hmm, probably. the problem with the bottle level tho is that there was only one route |
MunkYBoY | | | XA Software L1 i think is more of a bottle level |
MunkYBoY | | | errrr....i think you should add a few more levels |
OrR | | | How about simple to complete but long levels? I don't know any but it should not be too difficult to make some. Leave out parts where you just press a button for half a minute and you get a great level. |
PrayeR | | | yep, u got my idea right |
PrayeR | | | simple level pack that is denied to play by first top 50 (like example) so newbies can fight for medals already at the begin of their BoD life. |
RFKennedy45 | | | I like the idea of more and more level packs being eligible for the HOF and i think it is a little intimidating to new players who see such fast times and know that they cannot compete for the HOF, at least not right away. The trouble with a pack for only those players outside the top 50 is that once they get some medals and get really good at that level pack they will reach the top 50 and then lose all their "newbie pack" level points which will in turn drop them back out of the top 50. Perhaps it is better to limit the "newbie pack" to a time frame rather than a rannking. For instance times submitted will only remain for 3 months and then be removed from the table so the level pack is always giving only the newest players a chance. |
RFKennedy45 | | | Sorry to double post but I have another point lol. If the "newbie pack" is intended to attract new players and also be of a relatively easy difficulty level I would put like 25 levels in it rather than just 10. Then players will learn to hone their skills on a wider range of level types and sizes and also give more and more players a shot and more medals. Cheers all
Ps Check Out RFK 1 & 2 -- please rate them and lemme know how you guys like them! |

Kristopher | | | The best levels are 15 to 25 seconds long. |
