This is not a Bottle level. It is short, but so is RSP2.

And I don't think it's annoying, either.

this level is so hard. I've tried to beat it a good 100 times already, and failed

When you come down the stairs, you have to break, accelerate, and balance really fast to jump up. You can see my game...

at leat it involves some skill, id say 7.5-8.5 range possible

I tested this a lot before adding it to the Newbie Pack - I even changed it so I could crash into the wall faster, but could still not get the Finish flag through the wall, so I did not think this was possible. And I'm still not sure how to do it.

I managed to just get a good run up from the far right end. I balanced right before the stairs, to gain maximal length on the jump, and somehow it worked.
