Vega | | | After much trial and error, I was able to go into the setup manager and change the setting for media hotsync to "Do nothing" so now it ignores the media. Good news is it still hotsyncs well...... bummer news is that my media pics are gone and broken. Any info on what may have happened would be great if someone thinks they know. Thanks! |

Kristopher | | | I'm not sure, but you can avoid the problem by using SD cards and card readers for your media. I have 2 2GB SD cards in my Tapwave Zodiac, so I don't bother with the 32MB internal memory. |
|
Vega | | | Good idea. I will likely need to get a card then to see if I can make it work that way. Not only has my media dissappeared, but now my internal memory is no longer re-writeable. I cannot save any more games (or anything for that matter) and several other applications are not working properly. I'll get a card and see if I can run everything from there. I'll keep you posted..... if it doesn't work, I may not be able to play for a little while |

mike flips | | | No warrenty Vega?
Its funny cuz i havent played in a while too. School finished and i thought with all this free time i would play a lot, but i havent really played much at all |

Kristopher | | | You might not have to get a new one, but for what it's worth, they are only about $100 on Ebay, since you already have the phone service and charger.

Kristopher | | | That's odd; your individual programs should have said, "cannot start because there is not enough memory" before it stopped the Hotsync. Maybe you were trying to add several pictures or programs through Hotsync. |
|
Vega | | | Nope. Wasn't adding anything at all. The only thing I did was save a few BoD recordings (like 3 or something) since the last time I had hotsync'd. Then when I hotsync'd, it froze at the media part and caused me to need to reset each time I tried to hotsync and everything went funky on me. Also, my albums were coming up blank, so I assumed I had lost all my pics, but they are all there again now. All of my BoD levels and recordings (about 400 saved recordings)added together are consuming 4MB on my Treo right now. Yesterday I deleted over 6MB worth of programs and pictures that I don't need anymore, so I should be good to go for a long time |
|
Henoch | | | That's why i put all of my recordings and levels in my MMC card not on the treo with a risk of slow start to play BoD. |
|
Kristopher | | | Bike or Die shouldn't slow the Hotsync too badly; my Hotsync only takes about 5 minutes, even though I have many recordings. |
