Carl finally opened his game You can see by the insanely close head to head all the way down the track that there aren't too many remaining frames to grab here. It looks like Carl has about a 3-4 frame lead over me all the way down, and then I take back about 2-3 frames at the flag. So I'd peg 'God's time' on this level to be around 19:90, save for some weirdo physics glitch that would allow the biker to ghost straight through the cave ceiling overhang.
