This is interesting, it appears that I managed to snag the bottom of the top portal at 13.xx. It looks like with a better jump into the portal you could survive this and cut a second or so off of your route.
It's pretty cool, but going faster and being lower to the ground on that middle level might make it more difficult to make the the little jump to the trophy on the bottom level.
