If it says already up on server, then check (on both accounts) each profile's unauthorized games if you are using a different palm handheld. If not, send the file to Sz support@toyspring.com from your backup folder under palmOne in program files. It'll have the name of like BikeOrDie_Rec_L4_T03014 or something like that.
